Hello Jeff, Cyndy, et al, Puzzling! I would think that the balloon is earlier than the companion prizes. I would have thought that most if not all prizes were in the CJ wrappers and not plain ones. Besides that paper and plastic items, I can't remember any balloon, rubber, or other similar material....

I can remember the straws with the chocolate and strawberry in the straw, I also remember I think vanilla which was not a hit. Never did see a root beer and a root beer milk just turn my stomach. Coffee was, of course taboo. No prizes - kinda like the current CJ!
