Cracker Jack did use pot metal rings like yours as premiums, so they may be Cracker Jack. The ones I have seen are all quite small and would only fit on a child's finger. These type of rings were also used as "penny toys" and probably in vending machines or carnival. Hope this helps you.

Somewhat helps, is there anyway to really know for sure, I might mention that I acquired these rings at a farm auction where someone else had collected them. Hope these pics come out better

Unless a toy is marked Cracker Jack, there is no way to know whether it was actually used by them. Keep in mind that the majority of the premiums they bought weren't marked. Sorry.
