I'm watching the pilot episode of One Tree Hill, on Hulu.com, to get a glimpse at the bracelet. I'll let you know what I find out.

It's from season 1, episode 3, at 37 minutes 50 seconds in the show. Picture of it is below. I'll let the experts weigh in on whether it is or isn't a Cracker Jack prize. I'll try to get a better screen capture of it.

That doesn't look like a Cracker Jack bracelet. If I'm wrong someone please chime in.

'Tis an isn't, but rather artistic license, somewhat akin to the ring in the Cracker Jack box in the film version of Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961) though there is no mention of Cracker Jack in Truman Capote's book (1958).

By the way, I'm still looking for one of those Cracker Jack compass necklaces in Jodie Foster's Contact (1997), but I am as likely to run across one of those as an alien of the outer space variety. Anyone have a duplicate for sale? Yeah, right.

Let's not forget about the movie 1941 where Slim Pickens swallows the compass from a box of caramel coated Popper Jack.

Diane, instead of Cracker Jack, they decided to call the caramel coated treat, with a prize inside the box Popper Jack. I dunno why. Here's a 6 minute clip of the movie, for those who are unfamiliar with the scene.
