Maybe Larry has documentation on the hunter and the mountain man, but I know them as cereal prizes. I can't say they were never used in CJ -- you could never say that about numerous toys because so many billions were used -- but I have not personally seen anything definitive to indicate that they were.
Yes, the boy with the fish marked NOSCO is a CJ prize, most likely exclusively, as with all of the stand-ups from that set --- as opposed to other NOSCO sets (such as the Western stand-ups and Type II Alphabet Animals) which were at the same time sold to CJ and marketed elsewhere such as mail order houses.
