Who wrote the music for the "Candy-coated popcorn" jingle?

Hi all,
I'm working on a presentation I hope to post on YouTube that is a musical analysis of the "Candy-coated popcorn, peanuts and a prize" jingle. Yup, really. Waiting with fingers crossed for Frito-Lay's permission. It's fun, and pretty cool. Anyway, I read that Judy Protas wrote the lyrics, but have been unable to find out who composed the music. Does anyone know? Or could anyone point me in the right direction? Or in any direction? I emailed DDB (Doyle Dane Bernbach), the advertising agency that I think she was working for when the jingle was written, asking them if they could tell me, but I haven't heard back from them.
Any help would be very much appreciated, since I would very much like to credit the composer in my presentation.
Thanks to anyone who reads this and replies!!!
