Compass Ring

Post by reb68 »

My daughter-in-law called me and said she had a Cracker Jack Compass Ring from when she was a little girl. Wanted me to see if there is a place to sell it on the internet. She works in a deli and her husband (my son) is disabled with a back neck and foot problem. (That covers a lot.) Too many softball tournaments and long working hours when he was young. I did not know this forum existed until I searched today. I am 80 and strip parking lots. I remember all the prises and did not have to the sense to save any. All those comic books too. If I am beaking rules of the forum please excuse me. :foreheadslap:

Hello, I'm new here also so I'll defer to others opinions but in my short experience, Cracker Jack items are pretty cheap. Even metal prizes from the 1920's (my collecting area) often sell for just a couple of dollars.

You can always list your item on ebay, which is the best way to sell, but I doubt the ring is worth more than a couple of dollars and it wouldn't be worth the time and effort.

She could always keep it and start a Cracker Jack collection. :)
