Black metal dog

Post by Donovan »

I picked this up recently. I can't find it listed. It's 7/8" tall and 1 1/4" long. It's solid and heavier than most prizes. It doesn't really match a particular series but I guess the closest would be the C3500's.

Any guesses?

Is it pot metal? Is it a flat back or 3D? I've never seen this dog before and it doesn't appear in the Dowst catalog I have. My sense would be that this isn't Cracker Jack.

Cute little toy. It looks like it's 3d. I would agree with Cyndy that it is not Cracker Jack.

It's 3d. It doesn't really "feel" like a CJ prize. The metal is heavy and solid. Not really like the lighter pot metal of CJ prizes.
