Can you help?

Post by Buckarooblues »

I am trying to identify this...and while I sort of have it dated to 1910-ish or so from the Cracker Jack Toys book...I'm still a little bit confused...It's listed under "miscellaneous" as item B-3900...it has white balls instead of black, and it has a mirror on the back...

I found it in a bag of buttons I bought at an estate sale last weekend...

Welcome, Buckarooblues

You are indeed correct in the age of your Cracker Jack Prize. This type of CJ prize was issued in the time period when the Cracker Jack Company gave these large items with a box of Cracker Jack. Also later they may have placed these in the C. J. boxes themselves. This type of game came with both color rolling balls so your is fine. The condition of any collectible is very important to a collector. Your C. J. prize is only in fair condition, but still a great find, way to go! :D
