"Vintage" Stickers

Post by Donovan »

Anyone know how many are in the set? They are the ones still found in boxes, so I would guess they are the series prior to the baseball stickers.

I have found 8 different so far: Jack, Bingo, Jack&Bingo, pitcher, mermaid, pirate, parrot, and butterfly.

I keep getting nothing but duplicates of these 8, so I'm thinking that's all there are in the set.

Which Sailor Jack and Bingo do you need, the throwback, the stripped or the white background version? I'll look for a sheriff's badge, pitcher and catcher for ya.

Thanks Luke!

Numbering from your picture, I would need 1,2,7,9.

I'll see if I have an extra CCC piece in my unsorted pile to send your way.

By the way, how do you find out the checklists for modern series of prizes?

I can have them in the mail to you on Monday. Just to be sure, you need the following, correct?

For this Nostalgic Stickers, and the 2014 MLB stickers, I asked Frito Lay, and they were kind enough to let me know.

Yes, those are the 4, thanks. I found a CCC piece in my unsorted pile, a small version woodcut of the duck hunter. Please email me your address and I'll send it out Monday, I'm terrible about keeping addresses and phone numbers on file.

Good to know about Frito Lay answering your inquiry. I wish they'd actually publish checklists though. Seems like nothing comes easy with CJ collecting. :)

Got the stickers today, thanks!

Let me know if you get the duck hunter. I don't trust the STL PO ever since I sent the Elf and got back an empty mailer from the STL PO with a note: Sorry, we sometimes lose things, blah, blah, blah.

I wonder if the Elf is sitting somewhere on top of a sorting machine as a good luck charm. :D

I've gotten a Louisville slugger sticker mixed in with these vintage stickers.
What does that go with??
