The time is set correctly, but this may be causing some people to see the wrong time...

You need to go to your personal settings (here's the link) and where you see "Summer Time/DST is in effect:" select No.

Your personal settings will override the system settings.

Thanks Luke! I'll no doubt need to refer back to this sometime. But trust me I wasn't losing time or sleep over it although I have to admit I could use an extra hour of sleep every day! Happy weekend!
