Your soldier stand up is probably a Cracker Jack prize, although companies that made cast pot metal pieces also sold identical pieces to be used as penny toys, vending toys or game pieces. I am less sure about the USA rifle. I can't tell from your photo if it is pot metal or some other cast metal. While we sometimes talk about "sets' of Cracker Jack prizes, the sets had to be put together by buying multiple boxes of the product and hoping to get a prize you need. At any given time, there were many, many different prizes in circulation, so it was an incentive to keep buying the product. There were some prizes that were available as a complete set by mail, if you sent in the appropriate number of box tops r coins, but pot metal prizes were never one of these.
